Born in Mt. Pleasant
We started Nom Nom Ninja in 2021 with one mission: take everything we love about hibachi — the fire, the showmanship, the flavor — and put it in a wrap you can eat on the street.
Five summers, hundreds of festivals, and tens of thousands of wraps later, we're Michigan's original hibachi wrap food truck. We pull up to college towns, riverfronts, weddings and corporate parking lots — anywhere people are hungry for something different.
